All STANDARD SHIPPING orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for $7 and are usually received within 4 business days once shipped.

Where do you print your cards?
Our cards are processed at a high-end lab on professional quality matte photo paper.
Can I use professional photographs?
Yes, with a copyright release form from the photographer mailed to us.
Do you require a minimum order?
The minimum card order is 25 cards. The only exception to that is the purchase of the Design Only CD.
Will I get any extra envelopes?
We include one extra envelope per 25 cards ordered.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You will receive a PayPal invoice via email which allows you pay online securely via credit card, bank transfer, or debit card, even without a PayPal account.
How do I send you my pictures?
After submitting your order form online or via email, you will email your unedited pictures to VividValentines@aol.com along with your contact information.
Do you ship internationally?
No, at this time we only ship within the United States.
The preferred formats for receiving unaltered photos are .jpg, .tif and .psd.
We recommend all photos be at least 1200 x 1800 pixels and scanned photos be at the minimum 300 dpi.
Do not edit your files before uploading them. We can crop, eliminate red-eyes and convert color photos to black & white. Please include any special requests in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
section of the order form.
Use flattering light when taking your pictures.
Set your camera to the highest pixel setting.
Make sure your photos are in focus.
We guarantee you will love your cards! After submitting your personal snapshots and information, you will receive a proof via email. If you are not completely satisfied with your proof, we will create one additional proof for you to view free of charge.
Vivid Valentines is committed to protecting your privacy and to protecting the confidential nature of all information we collect from our customers. It is necessary for us to collect personal information in order to design, process and ship your order. We will not provide or sell your information to anyone.
When ordering, you have the option to allow us to use your photograph for advertising. If you allow us to use your images, fictitious information will be used in place of your personal information.
By submitting your images to Vivid Valentines you are legally certifying that the rights to all images you provide for designing your cards belong to you the customer, and you agree that you have all legal rights to reproduce the images that you provide. Professional images from professional photographers are protected by copyright laws and cannot be reproduced without a signed Copyright Release Form mailed to Vivid Valentines. You agree to accept full legal responsibility for the reproduction of the images you provide, and to hold harmless and to indemnify Vivid Valentines and its agents, for all liability, damages, and expenses it may incur as a result of processing and printing copyrighted photographs and reproductions, including any other person claiming an interest in the photo.
